OUR STORY

This is our head chef / founder Andy Tomlinson. Andy has over 20 years experience working in Michelin starred kitchens alongside some of the world's best chefs, such as Simon Rogan (L'Enclume), Mark Birchall (Moor Hall), Andrew Fairlie (Gleneagles) to name a few.
Andy has a big passion for using British seasonal produce from local farms and markets as well as foraging his own ingredients for the menus.
He is dedicated to utilising every part of the product with minimal wastage.
Recently, Andy has focused exclusively on private chef hire, bringing his expertise to homes and event venues across Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire, and Milton Keynes. With a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, he creates bespoke seasonal menus tailored to each client’s preferences, ensuring a unique and memorable culinary experience.
